Cultural Heritage Award Ceremony
Four young Apprentices are about to complete an incredible journey thanks to The Training Academy and The Alnwick Garden.
rnAmi Plastow, Kerry Southall. Lee Megson and Graham Barrass will soon become the first Academy learners to complete the NVQ Level 2 in Heritage and Visitor Services. EDI, the Awarding Body for the NVQs are so impressed with the work carried out by these learners, they have asked us to put on a short Award Ceremony to present their certificates. This will take place at The Alnwick Garden on 2nd November 2006.
rnIt will be the second such ceremony in recent weeks for these four learners, having already been the stars of an event held on 6th October when they received a range of certificates for qualifications they had already completed with The Tourism Academy.
rnThe Tourism Academy hope that Ami, Kerry, Lee and Graham will be the first of many students to achieve this NVQ and plans are currently being drawn up to help them embark on the NVQ Level 3.
